EN 81-70s Online Training Course (70, 71, 72, 73)

This online training course is conducted by Liftinstituut Solutions, one of Europe’s leading vertical transportation consultancy organizations.

The EN 81-70s Course covers the following standards:

EN 81-70
This course is about the standard EN 81-70 which defines the requirements for disabled people using lifts. Training will be about the explanations and examples of the requirements found in the standard. The hardware required for cabins, display and call buttons will be investigated in detail. The latest version of 2018 with new items will be presented.

EN 81-71
This course focuses on requirements for protection of lifts against vandalism. The items in the standard are explained in detail with real life examples for protection categories and applicable areas.

EN 81-72
The course will be about firefighter lifts. The requirements for elevator as of both hardware and software will be investigated. The firefighter access, behaviour of lifts in case of emergencies and rescue scenarios will be explained in detail. New items of 2015 version will be highlighted.

EN 81-73
This training will focus on items of the standard related to behaviour of lifts under fire emergencies. The required hardware and software issues will be clarified.

• The online trainings are executed on the WebEx platform without any interruption. You can ask any question or share comments during the training at any time.The WebEx software must be downloaded to the computer you will be using during the training before entering each session. You can download it here.
• Before the training you will receive a link and a password from a Liftinstituut representative so you can enter the training room. Since this is a global training course, the time and dates of your training course will also be sent to you based upon the most appropriate time for all trainees. You will receive this information by email in the first few days of the month.
• You must register by the last day of the month to participate in the next months scheduled training.
• The training course takes one month to complete and is divided into four sessions - one session each week. Each session lasts approximately 75 minutes.
  
  Training Schedule:
  This training course has guaranteed availability in April 2020 and November 2020. It can also be given in any other month with at least five or more participants. At checkout, please note in the comments field which month you would like to take this course.
