This is a self-study course with a timed online test. The book is not included and should be purchased separately.
This course is based on Chapters 3-10 of the Maintenance on New Equipment Designs by John Koshak (not included). The Maintenance on New Equipment Designs Course counts as 6 contact hours (0.6 CEUs) towards recertification.
Approved by NAEC for CET and NAESA for QEI (maximum of 0.2 CEU for online courses per annual renewal period can be applied towards maintenance of qualifications for certified inspectors) and the states of Pennsylvania, Arkansas, Kentucky, Virginia and West Virginia.

Testing Procedures:The exam databank consists of 115 questions which are all multiple choice. 85 questions will be chosen at random and the candidate will be allowed 90 minutes to take the test.

- Use the provided online link, ID, and Password to login to the Online Testing Center.
- If you scored 80% or above you can immediately print your certificate of completion. If you score below 80% you will have up to two free retakes.
