SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION
Continuous Service Guarantee: By using the your credit card, your subscription will renew automatically at the end of its term, unless you tell us to stop. Each year you'll receive a reminder notice followed by a bill for the renewal subscription term. You can cancel at any time and receive any money you have paid for all copies still outstanding.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Next Day Air will be shipped by the next business day.Orders are normally shipped within 3 business days if the item(s) are in stock. If an item is out of stock you will be notified by e-mail. U.S. Orders - Please allow 5 to 7 business days from the date of shipment for Ground delivery . International Orders - Please allow 4 to 7 business days from the date of shipment for delivery.
U.S. Orders - Please allow 5 to 7 business days from the date of shipment for Ground delivery (not available outside the 48 contiguous U.S. states). Shipping options to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico include Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air, Orders shipped to Puerto Rico may be subject to custom and import duties. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Canadian Orders - Please allow 3 to 7 days from the date of shipment. Shipping rates do not include customs and import duties. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
International Orders - Delivery guaranteed in 4 to 7 business days (not responsible for customs delay) by UPS Worldwide Express. Customs and import duties are applied once your shipment reaches its destination and the payment of these charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for more details.
PAYMENT POLICY
All orders are prepaid by Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit cards.
RETURN POLICY
Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment you may return any of the returnable item for any reason, for a full refund (shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is a result of our error). Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Elevator World. Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, are missing parts and are non-resalable will not be accepted or refunded.
Software, statistical reports, CET/CAT Materials and codes books are not returnable.
REFUNDS
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 to 21 business days of our receiving your return. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
